President of Honduras in the Twelfth Approval on the Continent

The administration of President Porfirio Lobo of Honduras reaches third in Central America, as assessed by the Mexican consulting firm Mitofsky, which is below the presidents of El Salvador and Nicaragua, Mauricio Funes and Daniel Ortega, respectively.
The consultant evaluates the approval of 19 leaders of the continent, which ranks in five categories: Outstanding Assessment (70%), Assessment High (between 55% and 70%), Media Evaluation (less than 55% and greater than 45 %) and Evaluation Low (less than 45% and greater than 40%) and Evaluation Very Low ((less than 40%). The only president to reach the level of Outstanding Assessment was Rafael Correa of Ecuador, with 81% approval of its management.
In the category of High Assessment are the presidents of Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos (67% approval), El Salvador, Mauricio Funes, (65%), Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega (61%), Peru, Ollanta Humala (59% ), Brazil, Dilma Rousseff (59%), who tied with Humala and climbed from ninth to fifth. Hugo Chavez of Venezuela is the seventh, with an approval rating of 58%.According to Mitofsky, Ortega approval increased by 19 percentage points over the past seven months, rising from number 14 to 4 in the list of 19 Latin American presidents evaluated.
While in the Media Evaluation are the presidents of Argentina, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner (54%), Dominican Republic, Leonel Fernandez (51%), Mexico, Felipe Calderon (50%) Barack Obama (48%) and Honduras, Porfirio Lobo (46%).
In the Lower Assessment , the consultant places the presidents of Paraguay, Fernando Lugo (44%), Uruguay, Jose Mujica (42%) and Canada, Stephen Harper (41%). Both Mujica as Harper rose porcental point, reaching positions 14 and 15, respectively.
In the category of Very Low rating are the leaders of Bolivia, Evo Morales (39%) and Panama, Ricardo Martinelli (33%). The president of Chile, Sebastián Piñera (33%) tied with Martinelli. However, while the Panamanian president this time to go down from 52% to 33%, Piñera rose from 27% to the current percentage.
The president of Costa Rica, Laura Chinchilla, ranks as the last by Mitofsky, which puts it at 26% approval rating. The mandatory policy fell 10 percentage points from the previous survey.
