Panama is already a door to job opportunities for talent tico. The supply of jobs is increasing, while companies face greater difficulty finding the right people at home. Four in ten Panamanian businessmen have difficulty finding the quantity and quality of employees they crave.
“Panama is experiencing a marked shortage of qualified personnel, little by little the measure is open to professionals from all over the world to come.
